I’m an aerospace engineer, baker, presenter and producer based in Derby, UK.  I gained a nationwide following for my outrageously engineered creations when I reached the final of The Great British Bake Off in 2016. Since then, I’ve created the art of “bakineering”, toured live shows around the UK & Ireland and produced & starred in an original Netflix series, “Baking Impossible”, released in October 2021.
